ProSearch is hiring an experienced Information Technology Analyst to remotely support, maintain, enhance, and optimize critical business applications for utility operations. The role involves supporting the Customer Information System (CIS) and ensuring data integrity while collaborating with various departments to deliver efficient technology solutions.ResponsibilitiesSupport the design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of business applications and system enhancementsProvide technical support, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance for the Customer Information System (CIS) and related integrationsAssist with application upgrades, system improvements, and implementation of new functionalityParticipate in change management, testing, and deployment activitiesDevelop and maintain SQL queries, reports, and data analyses to support business operations and decision-makingInvestigate and resolve data-related issues while ensuring data accuracy and consistencySupport data synchronization and integration between CIS, GIS, AMI, MDM, and other enterprise systemsCreate and maintain reporting solutions to meet operational and regulatory requirementsPartner with internal business teams to understand requirements and provide effective technical solutionsAnalyze system issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actionsDeliver exceptional customer service through responsive support and effective communicationCollaborate with software vendors, service providers, and external support teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performanceMaintain project documentation, status reporting, and tracking informationContribute to system lifecycle planning, disaster recovery initiatives, and technical asset reviewsParticipate actively in CIS team meetings and technology planning discussionsSupport compliance with internal audit requirements, testing standards, and change control processesParticipate in an on-call rotation for after-hours application supportSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT support, systems analyst, or application support roleExperience supporting Customer Information Systems (CIS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, or billing platformsStrong SQL development and troubleshooting skillsExperience working with relational databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or MySQLExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment with minimal supervisionMust be located in either Maine, Massachusetts, or FloridaExperience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL developmentReporting and business intelligence experience using tools such as Cognos, TM1, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), or Crystal ReportsProject management experienceExperience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word; Microsoft Project is a plusUtility industry experience, including knowledge of utility billing systems, electrical infrastructure, or related operational technologiesCompany OverviewProSearch is a leading provider of comprehensive discovery solutions to corporate legal departments and law firms, empowering them to better manage their portfolio of matters for improved legal and business outcomes.
