Your main responsibility will be to enter data into our internal systems accurately and efficiently, ensuring the integrity and reliability of our patient records. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.Key Responsibilities:- Enter and update patient information, including personal details, medical history, and treatment plans, into our database- Verify accuracy and completeness of data entered- Maintain and update electronic and paper records- Organize and maintain files and records in a systematic and logical manner- Communicate with our dental team to ensure timely and accurate data entry- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding data entry and record keeping- Participate in training to enhance skills and knowledge in data entry and dental software systems- Other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisorQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role- Excellent typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems- Strong communication and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines- Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information- Previous experience in the dental industry is a plus
