The role involves partnering with business and IT teams to optimize processes across finance, manufacturing, distribution, and warehousing operations.ResponsibilitiesProvide functional expertise and user support for Infor LN (ERP LN/Baan) environmentsGather business requirements and translate them into detailed system specifications and solutionsSupport Finance Modules , including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Cost Centers, and Chart of Accounts Analyze and map business processes to ERP functionality, recommending process improvements and system enhancementsCoordinate system testing, troubleshooting, implementation, and production support activitiesCreate and maintain documentation, process flows, diagrams, and technical specificationsSkills7+ years of Business Systems Analysis or related ERP experience5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor LN (ERP LN/Baan)Strong knowledge of Finance Modules, including GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Integration Mapping, and Chart of AccountsExperience supporting Manufacturing, Distribution, Warehousing, and Enterprise Planning processesProven expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and ERP implementationsExperience supporting SOX compliance and IT audit activitiesCompany OverviewJMD Technologies Staffing, Recruitment and RPO service company managed with leaders having 21+ years of experience in the industry.
