Visual South is seeking an ERP Consultant specializing in Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) / SyteLine to join their growing Professional Services Group. In this client-facing role, you will guide manufacturers through the full implementation lifecycle, helping them unlock greater efficiency and profitability while working independently from your home office.ResponsibilitiesLead business process design, analysis, and re-engineering workshopsImplement and configure Infor CSI/SyteLine to meet client requirementsDeliver end-user training and drive change management initiativesSupport data conversion, validation, and quality assuranceDevelop and customize reports to meet client needsServe as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing guidance and superior customer service throughout the engagementSkills10+ years of consulting, manufacturing, or ERP implementation experienceDeep knowledge of manufacturing operations: BOMs, routings, MRP, production metrics, and inventory managementFamiliarity with supply chain, purchasing cycle, sales cycle, and inventory control processesExcellent verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting to and leading small groupsAbility to manage client relationships and lead organizational change effectivelyExperience with Velocity Suite, Infor OS, or Infor MongooseAccounting or financial operations knowledgeRelevant degree and/or professional certificationsCompany OverviewVisual South has been providing exceptional software, services and solutions for small to medium sized businesses.
