[Remote] Influencer Marketing Manager / Director
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Nysonian Inc. is one of the fastest-growing DTC portfolios in the US, and they are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager/Director to own the entire influencer function across their brand portfolio. The role involves sourcing creators, managing campaigns, and building relationships that drive revenue, with a focus on performance and team building as the program scales.
Responsibilities
• Own the full influencer channel across our portfolio. Source, vet, negotiate, and manage creator partnerships end-to-end, from micro creators to macro talent, gifting to paid deals, one-offs to long-term ambassadorships
• Run whitelisting, spark ads, and paid amplification of creator content at a technical level. Work closely with Paid Media to turn influencer content into high-performing ads across platforms
• Build and manage a creator pipeline across every tier. Develop real, lasting relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies. This is a relationship business and you know how to play it
• Track and own influencer-driven revenue, content output, and overall channel performance. You think in contribution margin and ROI, not impressions and follower counts. Every dollar in your budget needs to work
• As the program grows, you’ll hire, develop, and lead a team. Build an environment where operators thrive and are empowered to move fast
Skills
• 3+ years of experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing influencer relationships
• Deep ecommerce/DTC experience, either brand-side or at a leading influencer platform
• Understanding of whitelisting, spark ads, and paid amplification at a technical level
• Strong negotiation skills with knowledge of fair deals at every tier of creator
• Ability to spot the right creator for a brand without needing a 10-page brief
• Comfortable operating across multiple brands with different audiences, aesthetics, and price points
• Analytical and revenue-minded, focusing on results rather than vanity metrics
• Proactive and accountable, with a founder-like mindset
• Ability to stay ahead of platform trends, emerging creators, and new formats
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve by benchmarking competitors and talking to other operators
