[Remote] Industrial Designer (Remote)

Keystone Recruitment is seeking a talented Commercial and Industrial Designer to develop innovative, market-ready product solutions in a fully remote environment. In this role, you will combine creative vision with technical expertise to design functional, aesthetically compelling products that align with customer needs, production requirements, and market trends.

Responsibilities
• Develop concept sketches, renderings, blueprints, and detailed technical drawings using CAD software and traditional design tools
• Create 3D models and visualizations to communicate design intent clearly and effectively
• Evaluate product concepts for functionality, manufacturability, cost-efficiency, safety, and market appeal
• Refine and modify designs based on stakeholder feedback, technical constraints, and user requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design vision and production capabilities
• Conduct market trend analysis to inform innovative and competitive product development
• Present design proposals, prototypes, and supporting documentation to stakeholders
• Maintain organized documentation of design processes, revisions, and final specifications
• Incorporate sustainable design principles and materials where appropriate

Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial and/or industrial design experience
• Proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling tools
• Experience with traditional rendering and concept sketching techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Detail-oriented with a refined aesthetic sense
• Ability to collaborate effectively in remote, cross-functional environments
• Customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities
• Advanced expertise in 3D visualization tools and digital rendering platforms
• Experience working with distributed or international teams
• Familiarity with sustainable materials and environmentally conscious design practices
• Experience presenting to clients, leadership teams, or design review committees
