They are seeking an Indirect (Channel) Account Manager to develop relationships with vendors and drive new warehouse automation opportunities through indirect sales channels.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and expand relationships with vendors, system integrators, distributors, consultants, and strategic partnersIdentify, qualify, and drive new warehouse automation and intralogistics opportunities through indirect sales channelsExecute territory growth plans and achieve assigned revenue targetsGenerate and manage opportunities through prospecting, networking, industry events, and CRM toolsSupport opportunities from qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and closeCollaborate with vendors and channel partners to identify automation opportunities and operational improvementsPosition solutions by demonstrating productivity, efficiency, and ROI benefitsWork with engineering and project teams to develop commercially and technically sound proposalsDeliver product training, presentations, and sales enablement programs to partnersSupport successful project execution and partner satisfaction throughout the sales processBuild strong relationships with vendors, channel partners, and key stakeholdersConduct joint business planning and partner development activities to drive growthMonitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies in intralogistics and warehouse automationProvide market intelligence and partner feedback to support business strategyIdentify new partnership and market expansion opportunitiesAlign cross-functional strategies to minimize customer order cancellations by analyzing trends, documenting root causes, and implementing corrective actions that improve customer retention and operational performanceSkills3+ years of B2B sales experience in intralogistics, warehouse automation, material handling, or industrial automationExperience managing relationships with vendors, system integrators, distributors, dealers, or other indirect sales channelsProven success in business development, channel sales, and achieving revenue targetsStrong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsProficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP, etc.), Microsoft Office, and willingness to travel up to 50%Benefits401K/matchingA great PTO packageGenerous medical benefitsCompany OverviewThe SSI SCHAEFER Group is a leading global solution provider for all areas of intralogistics.
