They are seeking Personal Insurance Auto and Home Agents who will be responsible for providing comprehensive insurance solutions, evaluating risk, and confidently asking for the sale while overcoming objections.ResponsibilitiesProviding comprehensive insurance solutionsEvaluating riskConfidently asking for the sale while overcoming objectionsSkills2 + years of recent sales experience and comfort with negotiating and overcoming objectionsAbility to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling an average of 30-40 inbound calls per dayCapability to maintain all state licenses and terminate prior carrier relationships as applicableStrong ability to work both independently and as part of a teamHigh speed broadband cable internet service with minimum upload/download speeds of 300MB download/10MB upload. Your Internet provider-supplied device must be hard-wired to the Hartford-issued router and/or computerThis is a customer-facing role requiring your full attention.
