Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound customer calls in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction
Work effectively in a remote setting, maintaining productivity and meeting performance goals
Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve business objectives and improve processes
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin
Previous experience in a large call center or high-volume customer service environment
Ability to work a hybrid schedule, including evenings and weekends (1-2 Saturdays per month)
Strong internet connection and a quiet, private workspace at home
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, with touch typing skills
Ability to work on dual screens with continuous inbound calls
Experience working remotely is desirable
Must pass a full background check, TB test, and drug screen upon acceptance of job offer
Annual flu, Hep-B, and COVID vaccines are required, or you can decline with a signature
