Answer customer calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a courteous and efficient manner
Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information on our eTIMS system
Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and determine the best solution to resolve issues
Collaborate with supervisors to expedite corrections or adjustments and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Fax documentation and escalate customer complaints or callback requests to supervisors as needed
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results and maintaining a high level of quality focus
Requirements:
Previous call center customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and able to navigate our eTIMS system
Ability to multitask, edit customer accounts, and document information accurately
Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers
