This schooling system prioritizes rigorous academics for Pre-K-12 students in the Upper Manhattan, The Bronx, and Queens, and they are continuing to expand. This position is fully REMOTE. Responsibilities • Researching and advising on legal questions • Drafting and developing policies and procedures • Managing special projects • Keeping up to date on educational laws and regulations • Working with matters including: • IP • Real Estate • Tax • Litigation • Employment • Contracts Requirements • JD from accredited law school • 2+ years of experience actively practicing law • Ability to work in different areas and adapt quickly • Strong passion for educational equality • Appreciation and dedication to nonprofit mission If of interest, please don't hesitate to apply!
