[Remote] Implementation Specialist, US

As an Implementation Specialist, you will work with global brands to implement mobile technology into their marketing stacks, combining hands-on implementation with strategic communications and project management.ResponsibilitiesPlan & execute the end-to-end onboarding implementation of Branch’s technology into the mobile applications and tech stacks of large global enterprisesLead in-person & remote technical workshops with customer’s engineering, marketing & product teams on Branch’s technical capabilities and integration processesLeverage your understanding of mobile and web technology to help customers execute their desired use cases and discover new custom use casesFlex project management skills to build, manage, deliver project plans internally and externallyWork with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver technical service throughout the entirety of the customer lifecycleInteract with customers in person, over phone, and via email/Slack to answer technical questions and provide supportDeep dive into configurations to investigate, debug and resolve implementation issues, ensuring a seamless go-live experienceDevelop business cases and performance reports that quantify the Branch Value Proposition and showcase early campaign wins to executive stakeholdersPartner closely with Branch Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback, influencing the product roadmap to drive higher platform adoptionSkillsProblem-solving skills around technical, product, and business questionsProject management experienceAbility to manage multiple projects & deliverables running in parallel timelinesAbility to understand & clearly communicate details behind Branch's SDK & SaaS products with technical & non-technical customersExcellent verbal communication and writing skillsIntellectual curiosity, outstanding work ethic that can create value with minimal directionBachelor's degree in Computer Science (or comparable experience)Experience pulling & manipulating data & logs using SQLExperience using productivity tools like: JIRA, Charles Proxy, Chrome Developer Tools, etc0-2 years experience in Mobile and/or SaaS industries (ideally in a customer-facing role)Experience with 3rd party SDK and Analytics solutions: mParticle, Segment, Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag ManagerBenefitsComprehensive benefits packageHealth and wellness programsPaid time offRetirement planning optionsPotential equityCompany OverviewBranch helps companies drive seamless mobile experiences through its linking infrastructure powering thousands of today's top brands.
