[Remote] Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Specialist will onboard new customers, ensuring their success with email routing and domain configuration through effective communication and collaboration with the team. Responsibilities Onboarding new customers of all sizes, on all Paubox products Ensuring successful onboarding of new Paubox customers by defining and delivering on success metrics Supporting customers through the implementation period via email and zoom Working with Sales and Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth handoffs and handling of our customers Delivering an A+ customer experience all day, every day Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Previous onboarding, implementation, or support experience Natural ability to connect with customers and understand their priorities and issues Exceptional communication skills Experience with email routing and DNS management Team player!
