They are seeking an Implementation Project Manager to guide clients through complex technical implementations and ensure alignment between technical requirements and business goals while delivering high-quality customer experiences.ResponsibilitiesLead multiple implementation projects simultaneously, from kickoff through delivery, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budgetManage end-to-end technical projects requiring cross-functional alignment and execution for new and existing customersDrive quality project delivery and long-term customer health by establishing clear project plans, tracking progress, identifying and mitigating risk, and conducting post-project debriefsCoordinate internal and client-facing resources, aligning project delivery with customers’ desired business outcomes and Intellum’s company targetsDemonstrate strong platform knowledge and guide clients through technical decisions, including integrations, user management, and data structuresTranslate technical and business requirements into scalable solutions aligned with client goals and product capabilitiesIdentify potential project and technical risks early and proactively develop mitigation strategiesContribute insights from project retrospectives to improve team workflows and implementation methodologyDocument and share best practices, templates, and reusable assets to support consistent delivery excellenceSupport operational discipline by maintaining accurate documentation and adherence to established processesDeliver an exceptional client experience during implementation and technical projects, balancing technical accuracy with relationship-building and long-term retentionAlign project milestones to measurable client business outcomes and adoption goalsPartner with Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing Customer Success managementIdentify opportunities to enhance client adoption and surface potential expansion opportunities to appropriate internal stakeholdersOwn all project-related communication, keeping internal and external stakeholders informed, aligned, and engagedBuild trusted relationships with clients and internal teams through transparency, consistency, and responsivenessManage expectations, escalate risks when necessary, and drive accountability throughout the project lifecycleSkills5+ years of relevant experienceAt least 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, ideally at the enterprise levelStrong preference for experience working with HR, Education, or similar systemsExperience managing client relationships and high-stakes, high-visibility projectsFamiliarity with tools such as Asana, Salesforce, Harvest, or other project/resource management platformsStrong understanding of platform architecture, integration best practices, implementation best practices, and project management methodologyAbility to balance multiple projects and competing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsCollaborative mindset and the ability to lead without authorityBenefitsMedical - 100% of employee premiums for selected individual plansDental - 100% of employee premiums coveredVision - 100% of employee premiums coveredLinkedIn Learning401(k) plus matching (US Based Only)Flexible PTOCalm subscriptionAnnual Company RetreatCompany OverviewIntellum is a provider of integrated brand building, web presence strategy solutions and managed services company.
