[Remote] Implementation Project Management Coordinator

They are seeking an early-career Implementation Project Coordinator to support the execution of client implementations and ensure operational excellence across their PMO. The role involves project administration, coordination, and follow-through across multiple client engagements, with a structured development path into a full Project Manager role.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and manage project plans in Asana (milestones, tasks, dependencies)Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, and distribute recapsTrack action items and ensure timely follow-up across stakeholdersMaintain RAID logs (risks, issues, actions, dependencies)Prepare status reports and internal updatesEnsure documentation is complete, accurate, and up to dateCoordinate client-facing follow-ups and next stepsTrack outstanding deliverables and proactively follow upSupport training logistics and completion trackingMaintain client-facing documentation and timelinesDraft client communications and status updatesMonitor project health, risks, and timelinesCompile risks and support mitigation planningAssist with internal coordination across data, product, and CS teamsSupport end-user rollout readiness and communicationLearn TeamBuilder implementation processes; fully own admin, tracking, and coordinationBegin leading portions of implementations (workstreams, smaller clients, or phases)Progress to independently owning smaller implementations end-to-endTake on more complex projects with increasing autonomySkills~1â3 years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project coordinationHealthcare or healthcare technology strongly preferredStrong organizational and execution skills (high attention to detail)Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistentlyComfortable with ambiguity and evolving processes; can operate with autonomyStrong written and verbal communication skills that enable the team/client to be informed throughout the implementation and that expectations and timelines are clearly definedAbility to interact professionally and connect personally in a professional environment with external clientsHighly accountableâdoes not drop tasks or miss follow-upsProactiveâanticipates needs and removes frictionCoachable and eager to grow into a PM roleBalances detail-orientation with understanding of broader goalsContributes to strong team cultureBenefitsPaid time offMedical benefitsPotential for an annual performance bonusPotential for equityCompany OverviewEmpowering healthcare to build the right team for tomorrow, today.
