[Remote] Implementation Consultant II - Credentialing & Compliance

The Implementation Consultant II will be responsible for delivering implementation projects, ensuring high-quality service to GHX customers, and managing client relationships to achieve project objectives and service levels.ResponsibilitiesProvides exceptional service to assigned accountsLeads implementation projects in accordance with the scope of work sold to the customerDevelops, tracks, and reports against customer specific project plansProvides train-the-trainer customer education, as neededAssists customers with the deployment of GHX productsEnsures customers receive value and achieves high degrees of utilization from GHX products and servicesMaintains and communicates project status, to include identifying risks and mitigation strategiesCoordinates with other GHX departments and Solution Delivery staff members to ensure customer objectives are metWorks towards operational excellence and continual quality improvement to drive an optimal GHX customer experience, as well as internal efficiencyParticipates with the development and maintenance of best practice implementation methodologiesSkillsBachelor's degree in a related field, or combination of education and equivalent work experienceProven history of success (typically 1-2 years) in an implementation or project management role, preferably in a healthcare IT environmentBasic understanding of health care supply chainAbility to configure applications, with knowledge of front-end business process applicationsExperience or competency to perform application training sessions to customer project teams, lead process and application training sessionsAbility to manage data in Excel/import exportStrong knowledge of project management methodologiesExperience with project reportingAbility to excel in a high-energy, collaborative team environmentExcellent interpersonal, oral/written communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solvingAbility to manage multiple prioritiesDedication to customer service, with strong client management skillsAbility to work with cross-functional teams and personnel at varying levels of the company and customer organizationsExceptional people and change management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Excel)Ability to work with limited supervisionSuperior organizational and problem-solvingStrong verbal, writing and presentation delivery skillsAbility to travel up to 20%BenefitsHealth, vision, and dental insuranceAccident and life insurance401k matchingPaid-time offEducation reimbursementCompany OverviewGHX is a software-as-a-service company that’s reducing the cost of doing business in healthcare by automating supply chain processes and improving visibility into the products used in patient care.
