[Remote] Implementation Consultant, Enterprise Intelligence

They are looking for an Implementation Consultant to oversee the implementation of their Enterprise Intelligence product, ensuring successful client rollouts and collaboration with internal teams.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectationsCoordinate with cross-functional teams, including account management, product, marketing and sales, in order to gather necessary resources for a successful implementationConduct regular meetings and communications to keep internal and external clients informed of implementation progressCreate and modify training programs for each client engagementCollaborate with marketing to create documentation for clients to support training needsProactively identify potential risks and issues during the implementation process and develop mitigation strategiesKPI Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor and report on team and individual performanceUse data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvementsDevelop and maintain comprehensive playbooks to guide future implementationsPartner with Account Managers and Adoption Specialists to drive adoption and value realizationSkillsAt least 4+ years of experience as an implementation manager, customer-facing project manager and/or in enterprise customer successPassionate about learning and always seeking the next challengeRobust problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environmentA systems thinker with a proven track record of turning processes that lack structure into effective, repeatable, scalable programsObsessed with adding value to the client experienceAmbitious, with impeccable integrity and curiosityComfortable analyzing and leveraging data to inform decision makingDemonstrates excellent organizational skills and attention to detailExperience with any/all of the following: Intercom, Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, CatalystBenefitsYou may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.Company OverviewAlphaSense is a platform harnessing AI to deliver insights, helping professionals make informed, impactful decisions.
