[Remote] Implementation Consultant

The Implementation Consultant will partner with clients to deploy and adopt Salesforce solutions, gather requirements, configure solutions, and provide training and support during go-live activities.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in Salesforce implementation projects of varying size and complexitySupport the gathering and documentation of business requirements through discovery sessions and client meetingsConfigure Salesforce solutions based on documented business requirements and best practicesAssist with data migration, validation, and system testing activitiesExecute and document functional testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT)Create and maintain project documentation, training materials, and user guidesDeliver client demonstrations and end-user training sessionsAssist clients during application launch and go-live activitiesProvide post-implementation support and issue resolution prior to transition to ongoing support teamsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to clients and project teamsBuild positive and professional relationships with client stakeholdersCommunicate project updates, progress, and action items both internally and externally in a timely mannerRespond to client inquiries and requests with a high level of customer serviceParticipate in client workshops, meetings, demonstrations, and training sessionsEscalate project risks, issues, and blockers appropriatelyCollaborate with architects, developers, project managers, and fellow consultants to deliver successful projectsParticipate in project planning, status meetings, and internal team discussionsContribute to project documentation and knowledge-sharing effortsSupport internal initiatives focused on improving delivery processes and best practicesMaintain accurate project-related documentation and time trackingProvide timely and accurate project status updatesEscalate project concerns, risks, and resource needs as appropriateMeet utilization, quality, and professional development expectationsPursue ongoing learning and Salesforce certification goalsDemonstrate company values and contribute positively to team cultureSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience1–3 years of experience in Salesforce administration, implementation, consulting, business systems, or a related technical roleExperience working directly with customers or internal stakeholdersExperience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce Cloud preferredExposure to software implementation projects or business process improvement initiatives preferredSalesforce certifications a plus or the ability to obtain Salesforce Certifications within six months of hireStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentComfortable facilitating meetings, training sessions, and client discussionsProficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite applications, particularly Excel or Google SheetsUnderstanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and business processesAbility to learn new technologies and business domains quicklyCommitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer experiencesPrevious consulting, professional services, or client-facing experienceExperience working in a SaaS or technology environmentBenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based incentivesComprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insuranceOpportunities for professional development and career growthA collaborative and inclusive work environmentCurrently 100% remote work arrangementsCompany OverviewListEngage offers Salesforce consulting and AI-driven solutions for digital transformation and customer engagement.
