[Remote] Implementation Consultant

The Implementation Consultant role is essential for leading or supporting the implementation of Amtech software, requiring strong consultative skills and in-depth product knowledge to drive value for customers.ResponsibilitiesSupport and execute customer implementation activities, including requirements gathering, solution configuration, documentation, testing, and end-user training, in alignment with defined project scope and delivery standardsPartner with customers to analyze and interpret business requirements, contributing to solution design within Amtech’s core products while applying relevant industry best practicesDeliver ERP and industry-specific knowledge transfer to customers using Amtech’s consulting methodology to support successful adoption and long-term value realizationContribute to the development and maintenance of standardized training materials, implementation documentation, and supporting delivery assetsAssist with customer-facing presentations and proposals, supporting implementation delivery, complex engagements, and presales activities as neededProactively identify delivery risks and client issues, escalate appropriately, and collaborate with internal teams to support timely resolution and achievement of project milestonesSupport Amtech organizational initiatives, including sales cycle support, practice aid development, and continuous improvement of delivery processes and operating proceduresProvide peer-level mentoring and knowledge sharing within the Implementation Services team to reinforce delivery standards and improve overall implementation qualityWillingness to travel up to 50% to support customer implementations, training, and onsite project needsSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Packaging, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience4+ years of experience delivering professional services and/or supporting ERP software solutions; experience within the printing or packaging industry strongly preferredStrong ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across concurrent projectsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear, professional customer-facing presentationsStrong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and follow-throughHighly self-motivated and able to work independently while managing priorities across multiple customer engagementsComfortable presenting and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organization, from end users to executive leadershipFluency in Spanish or FrenchDirect experience in the corrugated or folding carton industryAdvanced familiarity with the capabilities and functionality of Amtech's solutionsWorking knowledge of accounting principles as they relate to ERP systems (e.g., invoicing, costing, financial reporting)BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insuranceA 401(k) with company matchPaid time off and company holidaysAccess to professional development and learning opportunitiesCompany OverviewAmtech Software is a provider of software solutions.
