We have partnered with a growing immigration firm, highly regarded in the DMV area and among Spanish-speaking communities, to find an experienced Immigration Attorney to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients before USCIS (United States Citizenship & Immigration Services) and EOIR (Executive Office for Immigration Review) offices
Manage cases related to family-based visa petitions, including I-130s and I-485s
Provide expert legal counsel on issues such as deportation defense and waivers
Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate degree with active membership in any state bar
At least 2 years of experience practicing exclusively in U.S. family-based immigrant visas laws
Excellent written and verbal skills
Spanish language proficiency is a plus
Benefits and Compensation:
Competitive salary: $85,000 base salary
Monthly commission and annual performance bonus (up to $25,000)
Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
Paid vacation days off on a yearly basis
Location: Fully remote, with the option to work from various locations, including Silver Spring, MD; Pembroke Pines, FL; Baltimore, MD; and Manhattan, NY.
