Tekniforce is seeking a Medical Imaging Software Engineering Manager to lead the digital transformation of medical imaging technology functions. The role involves modernizing architecture, building internal expertise, and shaping the future-state architecture of imaging platforms.ResponsibilitiesLead digital transformation of company’s imaging platformsModernize architecture and technology stackReduce reliance on third-party contractors by building internal expertiseBring strong medical imaging software knowledge into the organizationShape and define the future-state architectureSkills5+ years of clinical or industrial Software engineering and architectural experience in a medical imaging field3+ years of experience as Software Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role3+ years of C/C++/python programming experienceSoftware development lifecycle, software architecture, object-oriented designExcellent verbal, written and computer-based communication skillsBachelor degree in Computer Science, Medical Physics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or other related disciplineGood problem-solving skills, ability to evaluate situation and prioritize factors in decision makingMedical imaging or clinical trial industry experienceUnderstanding of product functionality (not necessarily a product manager, but product-aware)Ability to engage with product teams and business unit leadersAgile methodologies within a heavily regulated industry.
