[Remote] Imaging Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Imaging Endpoints is a leading Imaging Technology and Imaging Clinical Research Organization focused on advancing imaging science and technology to aid in drug approvals in oncology. The Imaging Project Manager will manage timelines, deliverables, and resources for clinical imaging projects, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and adherence to project scopes.ResponsibilitiesExecute project deliverables for imaging studies in clinical trials in accordance with project scope of work and within sponsor specified timelinesManage day-to-day operational aspects of a clinical imaging projectsAssist in preparation and adherence to imaging trial documents i.e. Image Review Charter, Imaging Manual, Data Transmittal Forms, etcEnsure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriatelyManage key project documents/processes, i.e. Project Management Plan, Communication Plan, Escalation Plan, Risk Management Plan and appropriate Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS)Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilitiesIdentify out of scope requests and work with appropriate team(s) to revise the work order to meet changing needs and requirementsReview and manage all deliverablesPrepare metrics reporting for client and senior managementPrepare forecasting information for Finance purposesPerform other duties as assigned by the SupervisorSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent certification in a health related fieldKnowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Quality Assurance/Compliance in a clinical trials setting is requiredKnowledge of key project management documents and tools a mustPrior experience with different EDC systems requiredProficiency in MS Office and internet applications requiredMinimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the clinical trials industry requiredMinimum of 2 years of experience in medical imaging in a clinical trial environment requiredProficiency in MS Office and internet applicationsService-oriented approach, flexible, and proactive toward adapting to client needsAbility to manage project activities with diverse group and individuals with little supervisionMust have superior attention to detail including excellent oral and written communication skillsMust have the ability to work independently, multitask, and meet critical timelines under pressureMust have strong time management and organization skillsSelf-driven, ability to get the job done with little supervision, can-do positive attitudeAbility to excel in a team environmentAbility to work in strict compliance with all procedures, rules, and regulationsMaintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data, records, files, conversations, etcMust be self-motivated and able to grasp new concepts quicklyAbility to prioritize workload to the changing needs of the day-to-day businessAbility to understand technical research protocols and successfully lead within the research environmentExperience managing global Phase III clinical trials with imaging components strongly preferredPMP certification a plusCompany OverviewImaging Endpoints is a pharmaceutical company specializing in musculoskeletal and cardiovascular imaging solutions.
