[Remote] IDIQ PMO / Business Development Analyst

Yulista Holding LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Analyst to support their IDIQ Program Management Office (PMO). This role involves providing research, analysis, and coordination support for new business pursuits and awarded task orders under large IDIQ contract vehicles.ResponsibilitiesMaintain trackers for task orders, ceilings, funding, and deliverablesOrganize and archive contract documentation in shared systemsUpdate PMO dashboards and create pipeline reportsCollect and analyze spend data from FPDS, USASpending, GSA systems, or agency portalsProduce periodic status and financial reports for PMO leadership and customersConduct market research on upcoming opportunities, competitor awards, and agency spending trendsMonitor acquisition policy changes, FAR/DFARS updates, OMB memos, and executive ordersDevelop background research on government customers, mission priorities, and organizational structuresSummarize findings into concise research briefs or βquick-turnβ readouts for leadershipSupport preparation of GWAC and IDIQ proposal templates and compliance checklistsAssist in compiling required artifacts (resumes, past performance, pricing inputs) as requiredSchedule and coordinate internal/external PMO meetingsDraft agendas, capture meeting minutes, and track action itemsAssess, catalog, and distribute task order RFI/RFQ's to company points of contract in timely and efficient mannerMaintain contact lists and distribution groupsAssist in drafting internal updates and customer-facing communicationsContribute to contract vehicle marketing material creationSupport invoice reconciliation with finance/accounting teamsMonitor subcontractor reporting, deliverables, and compliance requirementsMaintain PMO SharePoint/Teams sites and contract document librariesOrganize reusable templates, lessons learned, and SOPsAssist in updating PMO process documentationSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems (or similar) and familiar with GSA and agency IDIQs or related field (or equivalent experience)3-10 years of relevant experience in the government contracting industryStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to synthesize research and present findings in clear summariesStrong analytical and problem solving skillsStrong data analysis capabilities with advanced Excel skills and proficiency in analytical and reporting toolsStrong written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with federal acquisition processes and systems (SAM.gov, FPDS, GovWin, GSA eBuy) preferredCompany OverviewYulista Holding LLC is an aviation & aerospace firm providing modernization and service life extension of rotaryand fixed wing aircraft.
