[Remote] Identity Access Management Analyst

The Identity Access Management Analyst role involves processing IAM requests, managing access provisioning, and ensuring security compliance within the organization. Responsibilities Day to day processing of access requests, including but not limited to initial new hire setup, updating accesses and termination of access Perform AATR reviews looking for potential security issues (for example excessive privileges relative to job role, separation of duties, inappropriate access) Job Role Development and Management Follow frameworks and processes related to RBAC (Role Based Access Control) and least privilege, reviewing IAM and AD reports for anomalies and inappropriate access, support internal and external audits by gathering and/or coordinating deliverables for necessary evidence and review Seek opportunities (training, projects, etc.) that develop knowledge and skills to become a stronger contributor to the team Proactively help others and respond to their business needs Skills Current Work Authorization is required for all openings Minimum of a 3 year College degree completed, preferably in Information technology Minimum of 6 months of related experience in the Information Security or Help Desk environment Knowledge of and experience with IAM systems and frameworks Experience with Enterprise directory and Active Directory (AD) General knowledge of security policies, Windows, desktop and mobile Strong organizational skills must be able to handle multiple initiatives/tasks at the same time Attention to detail Development experience preferred Benefits Performance Bonus Eligible for a discretionary bonus that rewards your contributions and results.
