Datamatics is seeking a Senior IBM ODM Administrator responsible for the installation, configuration, and management of the IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) platform. The role involves ensuring high availability of environments, managing security and user access, and overseeing the deployment lifecycle of decision services.ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain IBM ODM (v8.10/8.11+) on environments such as IBM WebSphere Application Server, Liberty, or Kubernetes/OpenShiftOversee the deployment of RuleApps and managed Java archives (XOMs) to Rule Execution Servers; manage versioning and snapshots within Decision CenterConfigure and manage user authentication (LDAP/OIDC) and role-based access control (RBAC) for both the Business Console and Enterprise ConsoleMonitor and optimize rule execution performance; configure Rule Execution Server properties and connection pools for high-volume decisioningManage the Decision Center and RES schemas, including database archival, cleanup, and synchronization tasksConfigure and maintain the Decision Warehouse for rule execution auditing; monitor system health using tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, or IBM Cloud Pak loggingDevelop Ant or Maven scripts for automated deployment, synchronization, and platform management tasksSkillsExpert knowledge of Rule Execution Server (RES), Decision Center, and Decision RunnerProficiency in WebSphere Application Server (WAS), Liberty profile, or JBoss/TomcatExperience with SQL and database management for ODM schemas (Oracle, MS SQL, or DB2)Hands-on experience with SSL/TLS configuration, LDAP integration, and security hardening of middlewareFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Azure DevOps) and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)$7+$ years in Middleware or Platform Administration, with at least $4$ years focused exclusively on IBM ODM/WODM/ILOBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMust be available for on-call rotation to support production releases and resolve critical platform outagesIBM Certified System Administrator - WebSphere Application Server or IBM ODM Cloud Pak for Business Automation certifications are highly preferredCompany OverviewDatamatics is a global IT solution and services company, offering a wide range of software solutions that help deliver superior business It was founded in 1975, and is headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IND, with a workforce of 10001+ employees.
