[Remote] IAM Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Base-2 Solutions is seeking an IAM Engineer to support USSOUTHCOM J26 ENHANCED DOMAIN AWARENESS task order. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions within secure cloud and on-premises environments, specializing in CAC authentication and AD integration.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and manage IAM solutions within secure cloud and on-premises environmentsSpecialize in CAC authentication, Active Directory integration, and Microsoft Entra Conditional Access (CBA)Utilize authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID ConnectImplement role-based access control (RBAC), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and identity federation across hybrid environmentsApply strong knowledge of DoD IL2, IL4, and IL5 security frameworks and compliance standardsSkillsBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Computer Science, or a related field OR a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in IAM engineeringDemonstrated experience designing and managing IAM frameworks in cloud environments such as AWS and AzureExperience configuring identity governance tools and implementing zero-trust architecture modelsExperience with tools such as Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Okta, Ping Identity, or AWS IAMActive SecretCertified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)AWS Certified Security – SpecialtyMicrosoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator AssociateCompany OverviewBase-2 Solutions is a technology company that provides technical solutions for software engineering, cyber security, and cloud computing.
