Ā Assist in onboarding processes, employee recognition initiatives, and management of employee leave policies.
Ā Serve as a backup for biweekly payroll processing, managing electronic payroll systems and HRIS platforms.
Ā Compile and analyze data to create reports and presentations that support informed decision-making.
Ā Cultivate a positive work atmosphere that champions belonging, dignity, and justice.
Required Skills
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for collaboration with diverse teams.
Ā Proficiency in payroll systems and HRIS platforms (preferably within a Mac environment).
Ā Exceptional attention to detail and strong judgment in problem-solving scenarios.
Ā Dedication to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace.
Qualifications
Ā A minimum of 4 years of HR experience or a bachelor's degree in a business-related field combined with at least 2 years of HR experience.
