[Remote] Human Resources Project Manager

The role involves coordinating M&A diligence across various departments, managing communication strategies for people programs, and supporting performance and talent initiatives.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate M&A diligence efforts across HR, Legal, Finance, and ITTranslate loosely defined business priorities into structured, actionable work plansDefine milestones, timelines, ownership, risks, and success metricsDrive follow-ups and accountability to ensure timely deliveryProvide clear status reporting and visibility to leadershipSupport communications planning in partnership with the comms team and tracking for key People initiativesPartner with stakeholders, to ensure clear, timely, and effective communicationAssist in site planning strategy, driving change management, execution, and communication alignmentSupport planning and execution of performance and talent programsEnsure timelines, stakeholder alignment, and adoption across the organizationTrack implementation progress and surface risks proactivelySupport LMS rollout execution, including early-stage learning operations and testingWork closely with the team and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and user adoptionDrive communication and change management across the companyHelp refine processes for learning operations as the function scalesProvide execution support for high-priority, business-critical initiativesStep into ambiguous situations and bring structure, clarity, and progressAct as a trusted partner across the People team and cross-functional stakeholdersSkills5–8+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Program Management, Business Operations, or similar rolesStrong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyExperience supporting cross-functional initiatives involving HR, Legal, Finance, and ITAbility to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environmentsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience supporting M&A integrationExperience implementing LMS or HR systems and driving communicationExperience building internal knowledge repositories or centralized resource hubsFamiliarity with change management principles and organizational designCompany OverviewInsight Global provides top talent and staffing solutions that help job seekers find careers in healthcare, finance, IT, and government.
