[Remote] Human Resources Programs Manager

They are seeking a Human Resources Programs Manager to lead enterprise-wide HR programs and projects, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions, ensuring smooth integration and compliance throughout the process.ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise-wide HR programs and projects from intake through execution, stabilization, and transition to steady-state operationsServe as the HR project lead for mergers, acquisitions, and integrations, including employment transitions, organizational alignment, policy harmonization, compensation and benefits changes, and system-related impactsPartner closely with the PMO and Integration Teams to align HR integration activities with enterprise timelines, milestones, and governance standardsRepresent HR in integration planning forums, ensuring people-related risks, dependencies, and impacts are identified and addressedDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and reportingIdentify risks and gaps and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with HR and cross-functional partnersEnsure consistent, compliant, and employee-centered integration experiencesManage, coach, and develop two HR Analysts; assign and prioritize work to ensure timely, accurate project deliveryPartner with HR leadership and Communications on change management strategies and employee-facing communicationsStandardize HR program and project management tools, templates, and documentationMaintain accurate, audit-ready documentation and support continuous improvement effortsPerform other duties and projects as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or equivalent experienceHigh School diploma requiredMinimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership of complex, cross-functional programs or projectsPrior people management or team leadership experience requiredEnterprise program and project managementM&A integration and change managementStrong cross-functional partnership skills, including collaboration with PMO and Integration TeamsWorking knowledge of HR disciplines (employee relations, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, HR operations)Understanding of employment law and regulatory requirementsStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent initiativesProficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and project management toolsDemonstrated experience supporting or leading mergers and acquisitions integrations strongly preferredBenefitsTuition reimbursement401-K matchPet and legal insuranceCompany OverviewFounded in 1984, Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute (FCS) is the largest independent medical oncology/hematology practice in the United States.
