They are seeking a Human Resources Operations Specialist who will provide support to the operations team including HRIS, benefits, and payroll, ensuring the accuracy of HR data and compliance with regulations.ResponsibilitiesExecutes day-to-day HR operations tasks ensuring complianceDevelops standard reports, ad hoc reporting for HRCoordinates the data for regulatory reporting such as EEO-1, VETS-4212, AAP, etcProvides level I support on general HR system inquiries and troubleshootingPartners with HRIS Analyst in system upgrades, enhancements and user trainingResponsible for maintaining position control in collaboration with FinanceCollaborates with stakeholders to support HR projectsPerforms administrative tasks to assist the HRIS such as maintaining data and structures and supporting auditsResponsible for responding to employee questions and inquiries in support of the HR Service CenterHandles all job changes in coordination with Talent Acquisition and HR Business PartnersMaintains the tracking of certifications and employee documentsSkillsAssociate Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience2+ years' experience in Human ResourcesHRIS experience with Workday or similar system preferredDemonstrates an understanding of and alignment with Martin's Point ValuesKnowledge of HR systems and administrationKnowledge of HR procedures and employment lawsProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal and teamwork skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailProven team playerDemonstrated initiativeProficient in ExcelHRIS experience with Workday or similar system preferredIntermediate/Advanced Excel skills preferredStrong presentation skills preferredCompany OverviewMartin’s Point has nine health care centers in Maine and New Hampshire offering primary and specialty care to those with most major health.
