[Remote] Human Resources Operations Specialist

They are seeking a Human Resources Operations Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts, manage candidate experiences, and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.ResponsibilitiesSupport full-cycle recruiting efforts including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, offer administration, and pre-employment processesPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, and ensure timely fulfillment of open positionsManage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring consistent communication and a positive experience for all applicantsCoordinate background checks, reference checks, and offer lettersCoordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including scheduling, HR documentation, system access, equipment shipment, and new hire communicationsSupport offboarding processes, including employee documentation, equipment recovery, system access coordination, and personnel file maintenanceMaintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems, personnel files, and reporting platformsServe as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, leave programs, and employment-related processesAssist with benefits administration, employee status changes, leave administration, and HRIS maintenance, including updates and reporting within systems such as RipplingSupport payroll administration by coordinating employee data changes, auditing records, and partnering with accounting for processingSupport HR audits, reporting, and compliance initiatives, ensuring accurate and timely completion of required activitiesAssist in the development, maintenance, and communication of HR policies, procedures, forms, and employee resourcesIdentify opportunities to improve recruiting, onboarding, HR systems, and operational processes, and support the implementation of process improvementsCoordinate employee equipment logistics, including onboarding shipments, returns, and inventory trackingPartner with Finance, Legal, Quality Assurance, IT, and other departments on cross-functional projects, audits, and operational initiativesProvide day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure efficient execution of HR programs and processes across the organizationSkillsA minimum of a Bachelor's Degree requiredA minimum of 2 years of HR experience with recruiting experienceBasic knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, and HR best practicesStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholdersEffective written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindsetAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalismLife Sciences, healthcare, or startup experience preferredExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms (Rippling experience preferred)BenefitsBonus EligibilityCompany OverviewSanguine Biosciences is accelerating personalized medicine by empowering patients with their healthcare data and facilitating participation in biomedical research.
