[Remote] Human Resources Manager

They are seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee the HR department and manage various HR functions, including hiring, onboarding, and compliance with regulations.ResponsibilitiesMaintain secure and accessible HR tracking information related to various HR functionsMaintain employee files and human resources records, including personal data, performance reviews, and payroll detailsAssist with the timely distribution of employee manuals, ensuring all state-specific manuals are up to dateFacilitate the hiring process, onboarding, staff management, and company culture initiatives as requestedWork collaboratively to ensure new job opportunities are posted timely, up-to-date, and comply with local, state, and federal regulationsMaintain staffing policies and procedures, including recruitment, hiring, training, onboarding, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and personnel information. Communicate changes and deadlines to staffAssist with developing and delivering training to internal and external teamsManage HR needs and assist with disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigationsMonitor employee time tracking regularly and communicate concerns to leadershipEnsure compliance with AMCI ANSI standards in all HR mattersPrepare records and staff for all HR-related matters in the AMCI re-accreditation processAssist with providing recommendations on compensation and benefits trends as requestedArrange and manage employee benefits eligibility, and enrollment, and answer questions as neededManage employee Quarterly check-insProvide HR related updates to the staffFulfill the HR Director’s duties when they are unavailableManage the LMS platform and ensure coursework is being completed at a timely basisSkillsBachelor's degree and/or 2-3 years of HR experience or equivalent combinationDemonstrate effective and respectful written and verbal communication skillsExcellent record-keeping and organization skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Applicant Tracking Systems or Learning Management Systems, Payroll Software, and other various online communication or analytical softwareExperience managing a team, adaptive leadership style with proven ability to manage both in-office and remote teams or staffMaster's degree in human resources, business administration, or related fieldSHRM qualifications, such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, or other relevant HR certificatesBenefitsHealth insurancePaid time off and Sick timeHoliday PayParental leaveAccess to 401K and IRA accountsProfessional development assistanceVision InsuranceDental InsuranceLife InsuranceSupplemental InsuranceCompany OverviewBecause we tailor our services to your needs, we can effectively serve groups of any size.
