The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing HR operations, overseeing functions such as onboarding, employee records management, and compliance tracking to ensure an efficient employee experience.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the day-to-day administration of Human Resources operations, policies, programs, and employee lifecycle processesManage HR administrative functions including onboarding, employee records management, personnel transactions, employment verifications, and HR documentationServe as the primary owner and administrator of HR operational processes within Workday and other HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and complianceDevelop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, workflows, and service delivery standardsPartner with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to ensure seamless employee transitions and consistent HR supportOversee background screening, employment verification, and onboarding administration processes in accordance with company policy and applicable regulationsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws related to recordkeeping, onboarding, documentation, and HR administrationManage and maintain employee personnel files, HR records, document retention practices, and audit readinessAdminister The Work Number program and other employment verification processes while maintaining confidentiality and complianceCreate and deliver HR operational communications, resources, and training materials for employees, managers, and HR teamsMonitor HR metrics and reporting, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and employee experienceSupport annual HR initiatives including performance management, compensation administration, organizational changes, and employee communicationsConduct periodic audits of HR data, transactions, and processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and complianceLead special projects focused on HR process optimization, automation, system enhancements, and continuous improvementMaintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee and organizational informationSupervise and develop HR administrative team members as assignedPerform other duties and special projects as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required5–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience with a strong focus on HR operations, administration, and employee lifecycle managementStrong experience working within HRIS platforms, preferably WorkdayDemonstrated experience managing HR processes, compliance requirements, and employee data administrationExperience leading process improvement initiatives and driving operational efficienciesStrong knowledge of Human Resources operations, employment practices, and employee lifecycle administrationWorking knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance requirementsAdvanced proficiency in HRIS systems, reporting, and data managementExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilitiesExcellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalismAbility to influence, collaborate, and build partnerships across all levels of the organizationExperience supporting multi-state or multi-location organizations preferredSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferredHuman Resources Certification preferredBenefitsPerformance-based incentivesA generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurancePaid vacationA 401(k) planCompany OverviewASM Global is the world’s leading venue management company and producer of live event experiences.
