This role is critical in driving HR technology efficiency, improving data integrity, and enhancing the employee experience across the organization by managing the Ceridian Dayforce platform.ResponsibilitiesServe as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Ceridian Dayforce, owning system configuration, maintenance, and enhancementsManage and optimize modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Payroll, and TalentTroubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement scalable solutionsPartner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to streamline workflows and improve system usabilityLead system upgrades, testing cycles, and releases, ensuring minimal disruptionBuild and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analytics to support business decisionsEnsure data accuracy, compliance, and security across the HRIS ecosystemSupport integrations between Dayforce and other internal/external systemsCreate and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials for end usersSkills5+ years of hands-on Ceridian Dayforce experience (REQUIRED)Proven expertise configuring and supporting multiple Dayforce modulesStrong understanding of HR operations, payroll processes, and compliance requirementsExperience with system implementations, upgrades, and integrationsAdvanced reporting skills and comfort working with HR dataStrong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindsetAbility to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience in a multi-state or enterprise environmentExposure to data migrations or Dayforce implementationsKnowledge of HRIS best practices and process optimizationBenefitsFully remote, U.S.- based opportunityCompany OverviewRecruitment and Staffing Services for Digital, Creative, and Marketing Professionals.
