The role involves troubleshooting, configuring business processes, and ensuring data integrity while collaborating with functional teams for system enhancements and reporting.ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day support for Workday functionality, including troubleshooting and issue resolutionConfigure and maintain Workday business processes, fields, and security settingsSupport system enhancements, releases, and testing effortsPartner with functional teams to gather requirements and translate into system solutionsDevelop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and dashboardsEnsure data integrity through audits, validations, and reconciliation processesAssist with integrations, data loads, and system interfaces as neededSupport documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement initiativesSkillsBachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fieldApproximately 3–5 years of HRIS hands-on Workday system administration / supportStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience working in cross-functional environments with HR, Payroll, and ITHands-on experience in at least one or more of the following Workday functional areas: Integrations (CCB preferred), PayrollCompany OverviewDexian provides services for staffing, talent development, and consulting, with a focus on technology, finance, and project management.
