[Remote] Human Resources Information System Analyst

Addison Group is partnering with a well-established organization seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to provide temporary support for its HR systems team. This role involves supporting HR technology operations, reporting, system maintenance, and employee lifecycle processes while collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to enhance system functionality and data integrity.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain Dayforce HRIS functionality, workflows, and system configurationsSupport onboarding processes, electronic documentation, employee acknowledgments, and policy managementCreate, modify, and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and data queriesConduct audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and system integrityTroubleshoot HRIS issues and provide support to internal usersAssist with testing, validation, and implementation of system updates and enhancementsPartner with HR teams to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutionsDevelop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materialsSupport HR system integrations and vendor-related projectsParticipate in special projects and other HR technology initiatives as assignedSkills3+ years of HRIS Analyst experienceHands-on experience with Dayforce (Ceridian) is requiredExperience supporting HR systems administration and employee lifecycle processesStrong reporting, auditing, and data analysis skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environmentAdvanced Excel and reporting capabilities preferredBenefitsMedical InsuranceDental InsurancePaid Maternity LeaveVision Insurance401(k)Paid Paternity LeaveCompany OverviewAddison Group specializes in filling company’s contract, contract-to-hire, or direct hire positions with professional candidates.
