They are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Events Associate to support human resources and operational functions, focusing on contractor onboarding, payroll support, and event logistics.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate contractor onboarding documentation and system setupEnsure required agreements, tax forms, and event documentation are completed prior to assignmentsMaintain onboarding records and assist with contractor offboarding procedures when necessaryAssist with payroll preparation and timekeeping verification for event staff and contractorsSupport payroll audits and help resolve missing hours, payment discrepancies, and contractor inquiriesMaintain accurate workforce data and assist with reporting needsMaintain confidential employee and contractor recordsAssist with policy acknowledgments, compliance tracking, and training documentationSupport internal communications related to event staffing and workforce processesCreate and maintain SOPs, process guides, checklists, and workflow documentationAssist with process improvement initiatives that support scalability and operational efficiencyHelp develop resources that improve the event staff experience from onboarding through payrollSkillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyComfortable working independently in a remote environmentAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionExperience with spreadsheets, project management tools, or workforce management systemsAbility to create and maintain clear documentation, process guides, and training materialsInterest in event operations, workforce coordination, human resources, or project managementCompany OverviewPro-Play Games | Premier Gaming & Event Organization 🔹 Your Home for Gaming in South Florida & Beyond!
