They are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator – Employee Services to manage employee inquiries, improve processes, and enhance the overall employee experience.ResponsibilitiesOwn the HR Ticketing Experience: Manage and triage employee requests through Jira, ensuring timely, accurate, and supportive resolutionsBe the First Line of HR Support: Respond to employee questions, concerns, and requests with professionalism and empathyEscalate When Needed: Partner with HR specialists to ensure complex issues are handled efficientlyEducate & Guide: Help employees understand policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency across the organizationDrive Engagement & Retention: Deliver positive interactions that support employee satisfaction and retention effortsAnalyze & Improve: Track KPIs, monitor ticket trends, and identify opportunities for process improvementsLeverage Technology: Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency using HR systems and toolsContribute to Knowledge Management: Maintain SOPs, documentation, and HR resources for scalability and consistencySupport Cross-Team Coverage: Step in where needed to ensure seamless HR service deliverySkills2+ years of experience in HR, employee services, or business supportAssociate's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience with ticketing systems (Jira preferred)Strong communication skills-written and verbalHigh level of professionalism and confidentialityDetail-oriented with experience in HRIS or workplace platformsAbility to collaborate across departments and work independentlyExperience with ticketing systems (Jira preferred)Company OverviewSince 1988, Care Advantage, Inc.
