[Remote] Human Resources Coordinator

They are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to provide HR support, manage employee documentation, and coordinate onboarding and engagement activities.ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day HR support across areas including HRIS data entry, compliance administration, reporting, immigration coordination, and employee document managementPrepare and process employee documentation including hire sheets, Personnel Action Forms (PAFs), employee notices, organizational changes, promotions, transfers, and terminationsSupport the preparation, tracking, and coordination of employment-based immigration cases under the guidance of the HR Manager and external legal counselGenerate HR reports and assist with compliance-related initiatives including ISO documentation, KPI tracking, audits, and record retention requirementsCoordinate onboarding activities, including pre-employment documentation, I-9 verification, orientation scheduling, and first-day employee experience initiativesSupport employee engagement programs, recognition activities, wellness initiatives, and other HR-related events within the facilityCoordinate business travel arrangements for employees and visitors, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries, and managing travel schedules and related documentationPlan, organize, and support company meetings, training sessions, recruiting events, employee appreciation activities, and other corporate events, including scheduling, vendor coordination, catering, logistics, and communicationManage calendars, meeting scheduling, conference room bookings, and coordination of internal and external appointments related to HR and company activitiesServe as a resourceful problem-solver who can adapt to changing priorities, handle sensitive information with professionalism, and maintain a strong customer-service focusAssist with special Human Resources projects, process improvements, and additional administrative responsibilities as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field2-3 years of Human Resources experience, with prior experience working on immigration cases preferredAbility to handle confidential information, manage competing priorities and show a strong attention to detailStrong problem-solving, communication and organization skillsIntermediate proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new computer applicationsAbility to maintain confidentiality in interactions with employees and managersPrior experience working on immigration casesBenefitsParticipation in our comprehensive benefits program with medical, dental, and vision benefits effective day 1VacationSick leavePersonal daysPaid holidaysLife insuranceShort/long term disabilityMatching 401KCompany OverviewAmphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, is a world leader in interconnect solutions for Communications, Mobile, RF, Optics, and Commercial electronics markets.
