[Remote] Human Resources Coordinator

This role involves supporting core HR processes and Talent Acquisition activities, ensuring a smooth employee experience through accurate data maintenance and assistance with HR operations. Responsibilities Coordinate US-based interview scheduling and support various stages of the hiring process, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers Maintain accurate employee data and documentation across HR systems and trackers Support responses to employee inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and routing questions to appropriate HR team members Support HR Generalists with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience Partner with Payroll and HR teams to process employee changes and ensure data accuracy Create and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and reports to support HR operations and hiring activity Provide administrative support for HR programs and processes, including performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives Prepare documentation, templates, and communications for HR use Identify issues or discrepancies in data or processes and escalate to the appropriate HR team members Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR team members to support the execution of HR services Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative support across HR functions Skills 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related field Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Google Suite and comfortable working with HR systems and data, such as ADP Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset Interest in developing across HR disciplines, including HR operations and Talent Acquisition Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Life and disability benefits Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) 401(k) with company match Employee Stock Purchase Plan Flexible Time Off Volunteer Time Off Paid holidays Family building and caregiving support Generous Family Care and Parental leave Fitness Reimbursement Access to wellness programs Employee Resource Groups Company-sponsored events Regular opportunities for professional growth through educational support Mentorship programs Career development resources Employee engagement programs Recognition awards Company Overview Ziff Davis is a digital media and internet company that focuses on cybersecurity and connectivity.
