Responsibilities
ā¢ Partnering with senior leaders to craft bold HR strategies that drive business success
ā¢ Building strong ties with Operations
ā¢ Resolving employee challenges
ā¢ Championing compliance with wage/hour laws, FMLA, and ADA
ā¢ Leading dynamic training sessions
ā¢ Managing performance evaluations
ā¢ Fueling talent acquisition through hiring events and compelling job descriptions
ā¢ Tackling HR Hotline calls
ā¢ Conducting investigations
ā¢ Shaping policies that empower teams
Skills
ā¢ 5 years of HR generalist experience (or a bachelor's + 3 years)
ā¢ Sharp MS Office skills
ā¢ Passion for building relationships
ā¢ Delivering engaging presentations
ā¢ Driving results
ā¢ HRIS experience
ā¢ SHRM PHR certification
