They are seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to provide HR solutions that enhance business performance and employee engagement across North America.ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders across Banyan Headquarters and North American Operating Companies to deliver strategic HR support aligned with business strategy and organizational goalsTranslate business priorities into actionable HR initiatives impacting workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, and succession planningServe as a credible and trusted advisor on all HR matters, including employee relations, organizational effectiveness, leadership coaching, and cultural alignmentAnalyze HR metrics and trends to develop data-driven insights and solutions that drive continuous improvementPromote a positive, inclusive work culture by leading initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall employee experienceProvide guidance and resolution on employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with North American employment laws, internal policies, and Banyan valuesSupport the full talent lifecycle, including performance feedback, coaching, and development planningCollaborate with the Total Rewards team to ensure competitive, equitable compensation and benefits practices across North AmericaSupport M&A activity within the region, including HR due diligence and post-acquisition integration efforts such as change management, organizational design, and communications planningEnsure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulatory requirements in partnership with legal and compliance teamsMitigate HR-related risks and uphold high standards of data privacy, confidentiality, and governanceActively contribute to HR projects and the ongoing evolution of HR practices, tools, and systems, with a focus on scalability and operational excellenceSkillsMinimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 7 years in a Human Resources Business Partner or equivalent strategic role, with demonstrated experience supporting US-based organizations across multiple states; preferably within a multi-entity, shared services, or high-growth environmentBroad and deep knowledge of HR disciplines, including compensation, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and employment lawDemonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution across multiple HR functionsProven success navigating complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving organizationStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of discretion, diplomacy, and influenceStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindsetDeep understanding of confidentiality, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance in an HR contextProficiency with Google Workspace and familiarity with HRIS and talent management systemsProfessional HR certification (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is strongly preferredBenefitsExcludes annual bonus and equity (when applicable).Company OverviewBanyan Software is an IT company that helps in acquiring, building, and growing software businesses.
