Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Consulting • Analyze existing talent systems, structures, and practices across departments • Craft data-informed HR solutions aligned with business goals • Facilitate organizational redesign and workforce modeling Digital Transformation Enablement • Lead implementation of cloud-based HCM platforms like Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM Cloud • Conduct system configuration, testing, and training in agile phases • Guide change management strategies to foster seamless adoption Data Analytics & Workforce Insights • Leverage predictive analytics to forecast talent risks and gaps • Generate HR dashboards and KPIs for real-time workforce monitoring • Translate insights into actionable recommendations Talent Lifecycle Optimization • Map end-to-end employee journeys and propose enhancements • Standardize recruitment, onboarding, performance, and L&D processes • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and talent tech integrations Stakeholder Engagement • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: IT, Finance, Operations, and Leadership. • Facilitate workshops and virtual consultations to align stakeholders • Present findings and solutions using visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau Work Environment and Culture Remote Collaboration Culture Join a remote-first, results-oriented environment where collaboration happens seamlessly through advanced communication platforms.
