[Remote] HubSpot Technical Consultant (Contract)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. blackbox-strategies is seeking a senior HubSpot contractor to lead a one-time, end-to-end implementation of HubSpot across CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. This role involves owning platform architecture, configuration, automation, and ensuring a production-ready state for the HubSpot instance. Responsibilities β€’ Architect HubSpot across all Hubs (CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops) β€’ Design data model, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and core objects β€’ Configure workflows, automation, lead routing, and scoring β€’ Implement and validate integrations with the client’s existing stack β€’ Support data migration, cleanup, and QA β€’ Build dashboards and reporting for operational and executive visibility β€’ Document system architecture and implementation decisions β€’ Deliver clean handoff of a production-ready HubSpot environment β€’ Fully configured HubSpot deployment β€’ Documented CRM architecture (objects, pipelines, lifecycle stages) β€’ Live automations, workflows, and routing logic β€’ Integrated external tools and validated data syncs β€’ Executive and operator dashboards β€’ Final QA, documentation, and handoff Skills β€’ Proven experience leading end-to-end HubSpot implementations β€’ Strong HubSpot architecture and data modeling expertise β€’ Hands-on experience building workflows, automation, routing, and scoring β€’ Experience integrating HubSpot with external tools (native and/or middleware) β€’ Ability to manage data migration, cleanup, and QA β€’ Strong documentation and handoff discipline β€’ Excellent written and spoken English β€’ Client-facing delivery or consulting experience β€’ HubSpot certifications β€’ RevOps or GTM operations background β€’ Experience with B2B, B2C, or hybrid sales motions β€’ Familiarity with automation/integration tools (e.g., Make, Zapier) β€’ Experience building executive-level reporting and dashboards Company Overview β€’ BlackBox Strategies helps businesses unlock growth and increase value.
