This role involves owning and optimizing HubSpot and Bullhorn platforms to enhance recruitment marketing efforts and drive measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities • Act as the primary subject matter expert for HubSpot and Bullhorn • Design, optimize, and document system architecture, workflows, and integrations • Provide prescriptive guidance on best practices across CRM, marketing automation, and reporting • Identify gaps in current tech stack and recommend tools or enhancements to improve performance • Build and manage automated email campaigns, nurture sequences, and drip campaigns • Execute targeted segmentation strategies based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and data signals • Develop campaign logic, scoring models, and personalization frameworks • Monitor performance, A/B test, and continuously optimize campaigns • Configure pipelines, automation rules, and custom fields • Improve recruiter and sales workflows through smart system design • Ensure data hygiene, reporting accuracy, and process standardization • Train teams on best practices and platform adoption • Build dashboards that tie marketing activity to revenue outcomes • Track funnel performance, attribution, and campaign ROI • Translate data into actionable insights for leadership Skills • Deep, hands-on expertise in HubSpot (Marketing Hub + CRM) • Advanced working knowledge of Bullhorn • Proven experience running targeted campaigns • Proven experience running automated email journeys • Proven experience running lead scoring and lifecycle management • Ability to be strategic AND executional • Strong understanding of CRM data models and integrations • Experience advising stakeholders on system improvements and roadmap planning • HubSpot certifications • Experience integrating HubSpot with Bullhorn or similar ATS/CRM systems • Familiarity with data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Clearbit, etc.) • Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) • Familiarity with marketing automation beyond HubSpot (Marketo, Pardot, etc.) Company Overview • Recruitment and Staffing Services for Digital, Creative, and Marketing Professionals.
