They are seeking an experienced HR Technology Solutions Consultant with expertise in Dayforce to lead system implementations, optimize configurations, and support HR technology operations for various clients.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary technical advisor for Dayforce implementations and optimizationsConsult on Dayforce best practices, standard configurations, and industry approachesAdvise clients on design decisions, weighing trade-offs between customization and standardizationProvide recommendations on system architecture, module selection, and phasing strategiesGuide clients through change management and system adoption challengesLead technical discovery sessions with clients to understand business processes, system requirements, and pain pointsAnalyze current state configurations, workflows, and data structuresDocument detailed technical requirements and translate business needs into specific Dayforce configuration specificationsIdentify gaps between business requirements and system capabilities, recommending solutions or workaroundsCreate functional design documents, configuration specifications, and data mapping documentationExpertise in configuration of Dayforce modules from the ground up including: Core HR: employee records, organizational structures, position management, workflows, security roles, field configurations, business rules; Payroll: pay groups, pay policies, pay rules, earnings/deductions, tax configurations, calculation rules, payroll processing workflows; Workforce Management: time and attendance rules, scheduling rules, shift patterns, labor allocation, premium rules, accruals, holiday calendars, timesheet configurations; Benefits: plan configurations, eligibility rules, rate structures, enrollment workflows, carrier feeds, benefits processing; Talent Management: performance management, succession planning, learning management, recruitment (strong plus)Facilitate testing cycles (UAT) including test script creation, issue logging, and defect resolutionTroubleshoot system and data issues, conduct system audits, and recommend enhancements that improve usability and complianceSupport release management, regression testing, and new feature enablementLead or support project scoping, planning, timeline creation, resource coordination, and milestone trackingProvide structured project status updates, risks, decisions, and recommendations to client stakeholdersManage vendor relationships on behalf of clients, ensuring quality, alignment, and accountabilitySupport change management activities and stakeholder communicationSupport client teams through go-live readiness, cutover planning, stabilization, and post-implementation optimizationFacilitate knowledge transfer to client HR/HRIS teamsServe as an interim Dayforce, HRIS, or HR operations resource as neededProvide day-to-day system support including configuration changes, reporting, data updates, and troubleshootingPartner with team members, including associate consultants and subject matter specialists, to ensure high-quality project outcomesContribute to internal knowledge sharing, methodology development, and service enhancementsStay current on Dayforce releases, emerging HR tech trends, and new consulting methodologiesIdentify opportunities to enhance internal processes, tools, and client delivery approachesSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field strongly preferred, OR equivalent work experience in HR technology implementation and configurationFour to seven years of professional experience in HR technology Implementation, administration, or configurationRequired technical configuration and end-user experience in at least two of the following Dayforce modules: Workforce Management, Payroll, Benefits, Core HRExperience leading or supporting Dayforce implementations, major enhancements, or optimization projectsExperience managing client relationships and delivering consulting or professional servicesDeep technical aptitude and hands-on system configuration skillsStrong analytical thinking and ability to work with large, complex data setsAbility to translate business processes into technical system requirementsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong project management and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing prioritiesClient service orientation with ability to build credibility quicklyEffective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to lead teams and manage project workstreamsSelf-directed with ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverablesComfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic client environmentsHighly self-directed and able to work independently with minimal oversightComfortable managing multiple concurrent client engagementsAdept at building credibility quickly with clients and internal teamsAbility to work effectively in both structured and fluid environmentsProfessional presence with strong facilitation and communication skillsTalent module experience a strong plusAbility to obtain certification in area of specialization (HR, HR technology, compensation, absence management, etc.) within one yearDayforce certifications, accreditations, or module-specific training are highly desirableBenefitsHealth/dental/vision/life/disability insuranceFSAHAS and 401(k) accountsPaid-time-off benefits such as vacation, sick, personal, floating holidays and company holidaysEligible annual bonusesEquityCommissionsCompany OverviewHUB International is an insurance brokerage company that offers employee benefits, business, and personal insurance products and services.
