[Remote] HR Technology and Performance Operations Associate

They are seeking an HR Technology and Performance Operations Associate to support the administration and optimization of HR systems, assist with performance review processes, and provide operational support across HR technology platforms.ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day support for HR systems, including UKG and Lattice, by assisting with system maintenance, troubleshooting, and user supportAssist with HR technology enhancements, implementations, and process improvement initiatives, including discovery, testing, documentation, and coordination activitiesSupport employee data updates and maintain data accuracy across HR systemsPartner with HRBPs to administer performance review cycles in LatticeSupport review cycle launches, communications, scheduling, and compliance throughout each phase of the processLead Lattice trainings/info sessionsDevelop and deliver ad hoc HR reports, alerts and metrics using UKG/Lattice People Analytics, Excel, or other reporting toolsConduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistencySupport ongoing compliance reporting initiativesServe as a point of contact for HRIS and performance management related questions and user support requestsProvide guidance to employees, managers, and HR team members on HR system processes and functionalityCreate and maintain user guides, process documentation, and SharePoint site content to support a strong self-service cultureSkills2–5 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS support, HR technology, or related HR functionsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately and confidentiallyProficiency in Excel and comfort working with reports and HR dataStrong organizational, communication (oral and written), and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience supporting HR processes such as performance management or employee data management is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field preferredExperience working with HR systems such as UKG and/or Lattice preferredBenefitsTotal rewards package: from flexible work arrangements to personalized benefit structures and financial compensation options that give you choice and flexibility.Well-being resources: interactive wellness platform and incentives, an employee assistance program and mental health resources, and Colleague Resource Groups (CRGs) that provide safe spaces for colleagues to share, be heard, feel valued and deepen connections.Balance & flexibility: 14 Firm Holidays including 2 floating, Flex PTO, paid family leave, winter break, summer hours, and remote work options, so you can balance challenging yourself with taking care of yourself.Professional development opportunities: A learning culture with CPA exam resources and bonuses, tuition reimbursement, a coach program, and live classes, workshops, and seminars through BPM University.Company OverviewHi there, we're BPM!
