The Business Development Representative is responsible for connecting with inbound leads, conducting discovery calls, and managing client relationships to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesConnect with companies who are feeling the pain of misfiring on their selection of candidatesConduct discovery calls with highly qualified inbound leadsPresent solutions to clients' hiring challengesMaintain relationships with clients and existing customers to ensure high levels of client satisfactionIncrease client revenue by 25% YOYMaintain an inbound lead closing percentage of 20% or higher for all SQLsLearn the business and take over account management responsibilities within 6 months on the jobSpend 20% of their time doing outbound calls to old leads or cold leads in targeted industries such as Service business and other B2B Service businessesContribute to the strategic direction of the businessDevelop into a Sales Management role within 12-24 months by demonstrating advanced sales performance and understanding of complex service offeringsConduct 10-15 client account management meetings per weekManage a pipeline of 100-120 qualified leads driving them to a buying decisionSpend 8 hours per week doing outbound calls to cold leads and old inbound leadsSkillsExperience in HR and understanding the challenges recruiters and hiring managers face in finding and selecting candidatesExperience as a Recruiter and understanding how hiring tools can assist Recruiters, Human Resource Professionals, and Executives in hiring top performers fasterExperience as a leader in an organization focused on talent acquisition as a key driver for business growthDesire to help and educate business leaders globally to improve their hiring practicesBenefitsMultiple company health plans after 90 days (fully paid for to little out of pocket for employee)3% dollar for dollar match on IRA after 2 weeks1 week of sick time2 weeks Vacation time -- after 3 years it goes up to 3 weeks and after 5 years goes up to 4 weeksWork life balance hours are 8am-5pm M-FCompany OverviewIntegrityFirst offers pre-employment integrity assessments to help organizations evaluate job candidates and manage workplace risks.
