Community Health Systems is seeking a Human Resources Recruiting Sourcer responsible for identifying, engaging, and building talent pipelines to support the organization's talent acquisition strategies. This role focuses on proactive candidate sourcing and collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.ResponsibilitiesSources and identifies qualified candidates using various tools and strategies, including online platforms, internal and external databases, networking, and referralsDevelops and executes targeted sourcing strategies to address current and future hiring needs, particularly for hard-to-fill rolesScreens potential candidates through initial conversations to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with organizational valuesMaintains and updates the candidate relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate tracking of candidate interactions and pipeline activitiesCollaborates with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment between candidate profiles and position needsProvides insights and recommendations on sourcing tools, market trends, and innovative techniques to enhance the recruitment processBuilds relationships with candidates to create a positive experience and ensure engagement throughout the recruitment lifecyclePerforms other duties as assignedMaintains regular and reliable attendanceComplies with all policies and standardsSkillsH.S. Diploma or GED required2-4 years of experience in an HR, recruiting, talent acquisition, or administrative role requiredExpertise in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and database miningProficiency in CRM tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing platformsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and collaborate with teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing recruitment needsKnowledge of industry trends, sourcing technologies, and best practicesBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredExperience in building pipelines for hard-to-fill or specialized positions preferredCompany OverviewCommunity Health Systems is one of the nation's leading healthcare providers.
