They are seeking a Workday HCM & Recruiting Analyst to support the Workday platform across 30+ countries, focusing on enhancing the recruiting experience and collaborating with various stakeholders to improve HR digital solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and administer Workday Recruiting in a global environment, with strong alignment to Core HCM foundations and upstream/downstream impactsPartner with Talent Acquisition COE counterparts to analyze requirements, identify opportunities, and implement Recruiting Technology solutions that improve recruiter efficiency, hiring manager experience, and candidate experience across the Talent Acquisition lifecycleLead and support continuous improvement across the end-to-end Talent Acquisition lifecycleDevelop a strong understanding of global HR and Talent Acquisition data and the impacts to integrations, downstream processes, and reportingPerform Workday release analysis, assess new features relevant to Recruiting and Core HCM, coordinate testing, and drive changes that streamline Talent Acquisition processesOwn or support small-to-medium initiatives/projects across regions, collaborating across functions and time zones to deliver outcomesMay be called upon, as needed, to support special projects such as reorganizations, acquisitions, or other complex HCM or organizational initiativesSupport testing strategy and execution (test plans, test cases, UAT coordination), ensuring quality and a stable user experienceCreate and maintain user documentation when neededSkillsSolid Workday HCM experience, including configuration, test case creation, and test executionProven hands-on experience configuring and optimizing Workday Recruiting, translating recruiting needs into effective, scalable Workday solutionsStrong understanding of end-to-end Talent Acquisition related processesAnalytical mindset and comfort using Workday reporting/analytics to inform decisions, monitor adoption, and drive improvementsExperience working with geographically dispersed teams in multicultural environments; able to collaborate effectively across regions and stakeholdersExcellent collaboration, communication, and customer-centric design skillsAbility to manage sensitive data with discretion and ensure data privacyAbility to multi-task and take on new and unfamiliar assignments in a fast-moving environmentFluent in EnglishBachelor's or master's degree in human resources, IT, or a related field8+ years of relevant experience, including experience in geographically distributed teamsWorkday Security experience preferredExperience with AI is a plusActive in the Workday community; curious and proactive about new capabilities and better ways of workingBenefitsStock Purchase PlanLife InsurancePensionHealthcareEmployee Assistance ProgramHolidayCompany activities (these may vary from country to country)An opportunity for you to grow within a world-class company to develop your skills.An independent job among good colleagues, in a growth orientated conglomerate.You will become part of a caring and fast paced environment, built on integrity, information, and trust.Be part of a company where we value quality in the solutions we deliver to our customers, with our employees and in relation to the processes we work with.A dedication to work/life balance.Option to work remotelyCompany OverviewAgilent Technologies addresses the scientific and laboratory management needs of analytical scientists and clinical researchers.
